Every autumn, sockeye salmon leave the ocean to swim upstream for spawning in cold streams and rivers of the Pacific Northwest.
About Nancy Gleason
Fish Biologist & Nature Photographer. I am a life-long Pacific Northwest resident with a passion for nature photography. Working as a professional fish biologist, I focus on salmon ecology and ecosystem restoration.
